CVS Pharmacy

The lady in the pharmacy didn't acknowledge I was waiting and when I said excuse me she said be with you in a sec as she was eating. I asked where gloves were and she responded no idea that's Target and this is CVS. They should be trained to be polite and to know the store. People are going to ask and it shouldn't be an inconvenience. I used to work for RiteAid pharmacy and were required to know the store as well.

This branch is located inside target at one end of the store. I saw the sign outside and realized they didn't have their own entrance. Like any other pharmacy, one can get prescriptions filled, over the counter medicines as well as necessities. I get weekly coupons for CVS so always like to make use of them. However, at checkout I was told this branch doesn't accept CVS coupons which was really irritating.

Had a prescription sent in by my doctor on Monday. Recieved a text from cvs asking if i needed it filled quickly i responded yes because i needed before Friday of the same week. Recieved another text wednesday that it was ready for pick up. My boyfriend picked it up and i didn't bother to open it until thursday because i work third shift and it wasn't until 10p.m. that i had gotten it. It was only half the script! I called the store the very next morning after i had got home from work. They informed me that they didn't have the meds but ordered it. Never bothered to text me that info though!! I told him i needed it before Friday and he proceeded to list other cvs' that may have it and i needed to call them to see and i could then have it transferred! Why in the hell is that my job esp

I was discriminated against at this CVS location by Paul the pharmacist, who refused to fill my prescription for a medication I have been stable on for years. After waiting on hold for 45 minutes, Paul said he simply “wasn’t comfortable” filling it, after his colleague promised it would be filled by 3:00 p.m. earlier today. When I pointed out the disparate treatment I was being subjected to after years of being a paying CVS customer, Paul childishly went on to say “well sue me then.”

Always good. If you use the CVS app, it's usually quick. It usually gets busy in the evenings when people get off work and want to pick up their medication but everyone is courteous and helpful.
