Staff here is OK, place is clean and orderly. But the wait and long lines are insufferable. There's very few pharmacist behind the counter to help, usually only one. The wait in line could take up to 30-35 minutes. This CVS is the worst! I am moving all my prescriptions to Stop & Shop pharmacy. I would have given it 1 star if it wasn't for the staff.
Just started going to this pharmacy since I'm new in the neighborhood and so far so good friendly staff they allow you to use their bathroom.Prescriptions are always on time.
This is the best place to get your vaccinations. They even take walk-ins, however, it's even faster with an appointment. Great job CVS of Hackensack NJ.
I love this pharmacy. It's near my house. I guess the only ones left after Walgreens and CVS that closed down on Main Street are. Staff are knowledgeable and, most of all, caring. Profit with empathy. I had my COVID, flu, and other vaccines here. i am all abut vaccines. A public health professional who believes in immunization and disease prevention. So my review may be biased. Kudos to modern medicine and all those who make it possible.
They closed early for some reason with out a call when I went to pick up my child's prescription that was ready!!
