CVS Pharmacy

CVS on Greenwich Avenue is fantastic! They are so helpful, patient and confident which gives ME confidence! They are the best!

IME most CVS’s and their pharmacies have been in decline. The combination of price gouging and shabby stores has contributed to the decline. This CVS Pharmacy is particularly bad. Nasty, horrible, angry, rude pharmacy staff. Worn carpets, falling ceiling tiles, and sooo slow. We hate this pharmacy so much that we have moved to capsule home delivery. Can’t wait until this place closes down.

For many years I am their customer in Greenwich Av. CT. Last week I went for picking up my refill. I lined up. There was only one customer at the next line as consultation line. Pharmacist lady talked me in very nasty style and she said to wait and she gave the service other lady who was standing on the other line!.And she said in front of me. I waited more and she said if we are together!! Means stay away from her. I couldn't have realized that I was lining close the customer!! I said sorry and I gave the space more. Pharmacists in CVS Greenwich Av. usually rude and they are treating the customers very nasty style!! Obviously, they deserve one star.

Where do you go when you need something? CVS seems to carry all of our really important products, and in a place that cares about customer needs, cares about customer service, and watches out for us, too. Thank you, CVS, for putting up with our grumpy ways, rainy days, and the summer haze, here, in Greenwich, CT. We love you, we do, (even though we don't always express it very well!) ♡&☮︎

Fast, efficient, friendly. Had items I didn’t expect CVS to carry. Superb experience!
