Ms. Tasha has always tried to find the best discount for my medication since a few of them are quite expensive. She also remembers me by my name and it shocks me each time, in a good way. I just pick up my prescription and this lady was so rude she drop my medicine because she didn’t want to hang me the bag and didn’t even acknowledge me when I ask for help she said I told you wait a minute I was already standing there for 5 mnts I only go there because is close to my job but this people need serious training how to treat people they need us we can always go to Walgreens we have choices. Don’t think we don’t .

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GET YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS FILLED. Terrible customer service. Five times they have made mistakes - didn’t fax to doctors office, claim doctors office never faxed, we are busy and didn’t get to it. To try and make a long story shorter, I’ll shorten it as best I can. Took prescription to CVS in Target on Greenbelt Road at 10 am. They said it would be ready at 11. At 2:30 called to see if it was ready. Answer was no with no explanation of why it wasn’t ready. Asked to speak to pharmacist. No one ever came back on the line - who knew that after 15 minutes the recording stops and you get silence. Drove there, still on hold. Sandy, the pharmacist, was helping another customer.
