CVS Pharmacy

Pharmacy has a very difficult job between the customers pouring in and the drive-through they multitask very well there together. There’s an older gentleman that’s normally there. He has the pharmacist I know there’s other pharmacist as well. There’s a wonderful middle-aged lady. Who’s awfully nice both of those people are top-notch very professional very good at what they do and in the past year I’ve noticed that the front counter is much more friendlier and they were always doing their best but I think this past year and I’ve been coming here for many years at least 10 years. It’s been easier going friendlier so forth but they do a fantastic job there so I applaud them they have a very busy store and they’re phenomenal!

I have not had any problems at all at my cvs. Everyone has been so nice and always helpful and if I have questions they always try to help me.

What is so important for me?It's fast service and been very polite I\n Was told more than once my prescription would be ready. I had to wait and go without for a few days because of the holidays I understand. But when you tell me, it's supposed to be here and it's not and you give me more days to wait without like my prescriptions this time.I'm sorry , but I was not happy

I’ve used CVS for years but am not as happy there since they started using an answering machine to answer a question and no direct contact with a pharmacist is allowed anymore. I understand that they are busy but they’ve been busy since I started getting my prescriptions there. I hope this changes. I like a personal connection with the person filling my prescriptions. EDIT they have started replying very promptly to messages since I wrote this review.

Their pharmacy staff is the best I have encountered. Very knowledgeable and helpful
