CVS Pharmacy

This is the busiest pharmacy in Gaston county. This store is located near the hospital so it's always busy. If you come here your gonna wait. These women in the store work there selfs to death to hurry up and get people out but they can't even stop the crowds

Smiling faces, helpful staff, things are always where they should be and where you remember them to be. Prices affordable and sales are always great with the coupon bucks you get back from every purchase. Run....don't walk.

I would actually only give them a half star but I can't. This is the absolute worst pharmacy chain in the world. Won't let you talk to anyone besides their automated system and I'm sorry but that is crazy. It's pretty bad that a person that is needing help to get a prescription transferred to their pharmacy or really anything they tell you one thing on the phone and when you get to their store it's the total opposite. They aught to be ashamed of themselves. And to call them a good pharmacy and have a 3.5 star rating. If it were my option they wouldn't even have a half star rating and be shut down ASAP!!!

This is the slowest CVS in North Carolina. Meds are never ready and the wait time is 1 hour to 1.5 hours and I don't have time for lack of concern for patients that need their meds.

I only use this location because CVS Caremark manages my prescription benefits but I'm going to stop using them. Every time I try to use a co-pay assistance card, I am made to feel as though I'm inconveniencing them and I always have to come back. The one time, when insurance wouldn't cover my pain meds following surgery, they refused to try a Good Rx card because they said it would not get any cheaper, not too mention it took them 2 days to fill my prescription. When I insisted on using the Good Rx card, voila! The price suddenly went down on my prescription. Why should I be made to feel ashamed for trying to save money on my prescriptions, especially during these difficult times with inflation and insurance being difficult. If possible, I suggest using another pharmacy. Everything else I
