CVS Pharmacy

Cvs has always been friendly, and respectful of any questions I ask. Sometimes the simplest things, are hard for just average person to understand . They are a very patient staff, and will go out of their way to help.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I witnessed an employee assisting an elderly gentleman so that he could use his store coupon and save some money.

I’m not sure if the pharmacist was just careless or unaware, but loudly sharing personal medical information in front of others shows a serious lack of professionalism. Whether it was due to inattentiveness or some kind of personal insecurity, it made me feel disrespected and exposed. Everyone deserves privacy and dignity when it comes to their health.

Ryan has been an amazing addition to the pharmacy team in Nobscot Framingham. His knowledge regarding any information is spot on, he always greets me ( I find that incredible based on how busy he usually is), and willing to help. His demeanor is great and so are his coworkers like Tee and Kathy. Thank you Phill Lewis

I am writing to formally complain about the unprofessional and rude behavior I experienced at the Water Street pharmacy this morning. I had an interaction with the supervisor on duty this morning, Mr. Devan A, which was both unpleasant and unprofessional. I rang the store bell this morning to get assistance and during my conversation with Mr. Devan A he displayed a lack of interest in assisting me, walking away from me while I was speaking. When I asked him to not walk away from me, he returned with dismissive body language, including eye-rolling, and seemed reluctant to provide his name or confirm his position as a supervisor. Such behavior is not only disrespectful but also undermines the trust and comfort I have for some years now felt as a long-standing customer of this particular and
