CVS Pharmacy

Irfan the “pharmacist” is the rudest person ever . Nothing about this guy is professional or any ethics. Went to go pick up my prescription, tried to give him my insurance and proceeded to talk over me and then at check out tells me to hurry up . Told him if my insurance was applied and ignores me . Finally paid because I wanted to go so bad . And once he handed my prescription he asks me if I had insurance ONCE I already paid and I told yes and he goes “oh next time use it “ Now have to file claim with my insurance because I paid the entire thing Called this morning because I needed their NABP# for my claim and still rude about that ! defiantly Switching pharmacies now !!

Pharmacist told me to come inside next time to pick up scrips, as this "transaction was taking too long," after I had to keep asking staff at phone furthest away from drive-thru window to repeat what she was saying. And no cars behind me then nor when leaving. When pharmacist came to window & used phone closest to window, I could hear him perfectly & told him that. I don't plan to use CVS for scrips any longer, much less go inside to pick up. This store is hit-or-miss in terms of service and professionalism; at times, fine, at others, stressful and annoying.

Awesome customer focused service. My wife and I have used this team for 8 years. Today, I drove home from a doctor appointment with a script. Stopped on my way home hoping the script was ready. It was not ready and I told him I will be come back. He offered to fill it in 10 minutes. Awesome. Competence and good parenting displayed. Thank you

Whoever the Pharmacist is today, 6/19/2025 at around 4:30 pm was the worst person I have ever had to deal with. He was incredibly rude, not helpful, disrespectful and demanding. We will be transferring our prescriptions elsewhere. No one should have to deal with that type of "customer service"!! Do better CVS, this was unacceptable!!
