Young girl (maybe Holly was her name?)working the front was incredibly rude to me and my wife. We bought passport photos and through the entire process she was extremely difficult to work with. She didn’t offer to let us see the photos nor did she give us enough time to prepare to take the photos, just immediately snapped them with no warning. VERY poor communication. I won’t ever be visiting this location again.

Wonderful pharmacy with attentive staff. Always eager to assist you with whatever you need.

CVS Florence BLVD, Florence, AL. I was in the drive through alone with no cars behind me. I informed the team member I had new insurance. She said, "You have to come in for that and by the time you get in here we will be at lunch." Her reason for needing to come in was that it would "stop up her EMPTY drive through." I proceeded to purchase my child's prescription medication without insurance because he had a 103 temperature and I couldn't wait for her to go to lunch to add my insurance and process the claim. I then asked to purchase children's OTC Motrin with my prescription because this is a service I am accustomed to with Walgreens and she very rudely expressed that I would have to come in for that as well. My insurance has changed is the ONLY reason I was at CVS to begin with. I wil
