CVS Pharmacy

The online appointment process for CVS at 504 S. Oxford Valley Rd., Fairless Hills PA was simple with multiple same day appointments available. The web site is very clear, intuitive and easy to navigate. Check-In at pharmacy counter was clearly marked. You are taken to a room for privacy. The pharmacist asks if you have any questions and answers all questions clearly. Extremely satisfied with entire experience from start to finish. I appreciate that CVS offers this service.

I used to love c v s.Store's not horrible, but the pharmacy becomes more and more impersonal.. Now you can't call and talk to a pharmacist. You have to go through a bunch of B. S do leave a message and they'll call you back.Waste a lot of time totally impersonal... fear's more you used to walk in.They say name birth date, they go.Get your prescriptions and you walk out... Now they point to a screen and say, ohh, you can sign in here.. Then, you have to type in your name.. You have to type in questions to different answers on vaccines.. You have to type in your data birth.. There's a few other questions, and then they'll help you... This is a waste of your customers' time.You obviously don't care.. So again, it's impersonal, they come up. So here's your prescriptions pay and leave no human

Restrooms are not labeled showing location and employees are not able to tell you where they are. Once I just started opening all the doors I located it but unfortunately there was no soap to wash after using the restroom. Crazy that a pharmacy wouldn't have a maintained restroom. I told a lady at the vaccination area and she just said that's not her job and did nothing . Great experience with something simple...

I’ve always had a great experience at CVS Pharmacy. The staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They’re quick with prescriptions and ensure everything is explained clearly. The store is clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what I need. Their rewards program and regular sales are a bonus. Definitely my go-to pharmacy!

The pharmacy is open 24 hours. This is the only store around open 24 hours. I have had to go there for cough medicine and prescriptions when all other places were closed. Very clean and we'll lit.
