CVS Pharmacy

Horrible! Called left detailed info on my scrips. I get a call back a day later cause you cannot talk to someone. Then Ashley calls me I was not at phone heressage acted like I never left detailed info she says to call her back only to leave another message and play phone tag! I need prescriptions, no? More phone tag for maybe a week? More? So I'm called back and told her on a message to don't bother as customers are not cared for here and I trafered them out of cvs. Perhaps they are the next to close doors going this way

I absolutely love Helen!! She’s so sweet and amazing. The pharmacists are all so loving and caring!

I don’t often get my meds the same day anymore like at most pharmacies and you can’t call them and reach a person anymore which is a big downside. Also they give you fewer coupons every year and they don’t go over med side effects to look out for anymore like a regular pharmacy does

These poor folks are SLAMMED with the transfer of customers from closed stores. I was helped quickly by a tired employee. She was exhausted, but still knew me by name! And still smiling!

CVS inside of Target in Eureka, has been my worst experiences with pharmacies in my adult life. They often do not have my prescriptions on hand, neglect to order these medications well beyond when my Dr sends the script in--until I have gone several days without. The lack of weekend hours is beyond ridiculous. I hear frequently that "we are short staffed" and I've heard much on social media about CVS' refusal to pay their staff a fair wage. The final straw for this review is that I am typically on hold for 20+ minutes when I call. This is unacceptable.
