CVS Pharmacy

This is the third time I’ve been to CVS with the employee that works at the register at night (male red head) I’m sure EVRYONE knows who this is, he his always so ignorant to elderly women just how he speaks to them and gets pissed off if they are not moving fast enough for him. I met up with the lady outside just to apologize for his ignorance I felt so bad. He should get a different job not working with the public.

Always a positive experience coming to Ephrata CVS. Donna, pharmacist is always keeping things moving and ready with a zinger, Julie, tech always makes me welcome, Ricky keeps me smiling on tough days and is always up for a laugh. Top notch crew!

Terrible. I they can't even call their own store about a percription. You can't actually call the pharmacy because u can't get their AI. Whoever, was working today w extremely rude and unhelpful. Looks like she new I hope she / he leaves sun.

I visited to get my flu shot vaccine. Everyone was very courteous. It did take a little while till I was given my vaccine shot and it wasn't really busy.

Pharmacy drive thru is severely understaffed , you need to hire more help or open a second drive thru.average wait time is 25 minutes to an hour .scripts are normally ready and correct just a long wait for pickup
