CVS Pharmacy

This is the only CVS in town. Pharmacy area have a wonderful staff. A particular guy is super nice and so helpful. I will update later with his name because he deserves recognition. He is white, short hair and think his hair color is blondish or redish plus if I remember correctly uses glasses. Super nice!

They have the worst phone system in town! Voice Only. Doesn't understand. Hangs up on me! Can't reach the pharmacist. If lucky after several tries, I get to voicemail? I've gone to other pharmacies 3 times recently. The long drive thru I can endure. The horrible AI phone, NO!

Came through the drive-thru pharmacy to pick up a prescription when the middle-aged black woman was very rude and disrespectful on the Thanksgiving holiday. She shut the window in my face as I was talking to her and then proceeded to tell me “nothings free” when I simply asked her if my insurance was on file for her since I had a higher than normal co-pay. Very disappointing receiving such awful customer service, especially during the holiday season.

The pharmacist at the window, a middle aged black lady i wasn't able to see her name tag, was extremely rude and acted as if I was an inconvenience in coming to pick up my medication. Horrible customer service. Dont try calling the pharmacy either as you'll only get sent to a Clanker that doesn't understand anything.

I love this CVS store!! The pharmacy staff is great, they're always very friendly and helpful!! They always fill Prescriptions very fast!! I've never had to wait for more than 15 minutes! While I'm waiting I like to walk around the store and grab little things I need, like shampoo, drugstore makeup, or a card. The staff is always friendly too!!
