CVS Pharmacy

I normally love this pharmacy and the excellent employees, but on Saturday, September 13th, I was met at 9:15 a.m. by an extremely grumpy, sullen young woman at the counter. She told me my pain medicine had not been called in by my doctor. I had her double check. After going through a very ill, painful weekend on top of cold turkey withdrawals, I contacted my doctor on Monday. They assured me they had indeed called my prescription in ten days earlier.

This is the very first time I've been in the store.. you had quite a few things in it.. the only thing I did not like about the store was the checkout. It seemed cramped and in a corner to me. Kind of claustrophobic.

I recently had a phenomenal experience at my local CVS Pharmacy. The customer service was top-notch, particularly thanks to the pharmacist, Irene. She took the time to explain all the drug information in a way that made me feel completely at ease. The entire team was both timely and professional, which I greatly appreciated. I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received. Thank you, CVS! -

In store line and wait time is unnecessarily long. Staff needs to focus on those in store and reduce their waiting time than those at the drive way or those calling on the phone. I waited on the line in pain for more than an hour meanwhile the staff where either talking on the phone or attending to those on the driveway. The line in the store was getting very long and long. Staff needs to focus on the people that the see that those who either virtual or the on driveway. Time management is a big problem

Trying to get my prescription filled the store manager told us 1) we didn't need our medicine 2) if we got the medication 3 days later, it's the same thing as having it today. Wishing to take care of the situation, we asked who the manager was, she said she was. We then asked her her boss, which her reply was "I'm my own boss" Sounds like CVS on MacArthur and 50th has gone independent from the corporation
