CVS Pharmacy

The staff at the East Orange NJ CVS is operating on a lunch schedule, but the timing is inconsistent. I arrived at 1:25 and was told it was 1:30, which was incorrect. I was then required to wait until lunch was over. During that time, I could clearly hear employees working, which raises questions about how this break schedule is being managed. It may be time to reevaluate the entire lunch‑hour structure to ensure it actually supports customer service rather than disrupts it. Additionally, many of the current ideas being implemented do not reflect the needs of a typical CVS location. A focused customer feedback group would provide clearer insight into what actually works for this community

CVS has always been there for me. Sure they get crowded and sometimes I'm sure overwhelmed, but they still find time to call me back or assist me right then and there. Keep up the good work. I wouldn't want it any other way. I feel like they are my family and are always there for me, no matter the circumstance. God bless you all 🙏

It's always nice to have a CVS around but everything is locked and you have to constantly ask for assistance but it's not hard to figure out why.

Worst pharmacy experience! There is no customer service whatsoever. It seems like it’s more of a social hour for the employees than a job to truly help customers trying to pick up their medication. So sad and disappointing.

Cashier was not friendly. Even when I walked up to her, she didn't greet, also when I was leaving I said thank you she didn't even say you're welcome. Not pleasant at all
