CVS needs to improve wait times and communication regarding prescription readiness. During my recent visit, my medications took far longer than expected to prepare. I had to visit the pharmacy twice, and each time I was asked to wait an additional 30 minutes after already waiting over four hours. There was no clear explanation for the delays, which was extremely frustrating. Better staffing, more accurate wait-time estimates, and proactive communication with customers would greatly improve the experience.

Heartfelt Appreciation for Rockelle at CVS Pharmacy (Store #2408 – 802 N Lansdowne Ave, Drexel Hill) I’ve been a regular customer at this CVS for a while now, and I truly have to express how grateful I am for Rockelle (I’m sorry if I’m not spelling her name right), one of the pharmacy techs. She is the only one who has consistently gone above and beyond to help me every single time I come in, no matter what. No matter how busy or hectic the pharmacy gets, Rockelle always greets me with a beautiful, genuine smile that instantly brightens my day. She’s incredibly kind, patient, and attentive — and she always takes the time to make sure I’m taken care of, as well as every other customer who comes through the door. Since Rita Aid closed 3 doors down, place has been super busy. Need more efficient service, along with more pharmacy staff. Staff is very professional, but not efficient. I had difficulty getting a Rx filled, totally out, called another store (@630pm) which had , next day went to pick-up at @12pm, other CVS did not get call, had to wait for 40 minutes for Rx to be filled. Had problems in past with same 2 Rxs, Both nebulizer solutions Arformoterol and Budesonide, this time only took 3 days to complete, and I was completely out. 1st time took about 2 weeks. I'd go to another pharmacy, but this one close to home and opened 24hours.

The staff is very friendly and respectful. The store is clean and the pharmacy is always willing to answer any questions you may have. Very satisfied customer
