CVS Pharmacy

Pharmacy staff are always customer service friendly & helpful & a quick checkout experience for me. Frontline cashiers for the store are always friendly & helpful too.

Just don't bother stressing yourself out and don't use this pharmacy. You have to use the computer and then some 18 yr old gives you a stapled bag and expect you to feel confident about this process. Oh and they don't it you have questions for a pharmacist or tell you they switched manufacturers so you medication will look different. I miss rite aid when they had staff.

I recently visited the CVS Pharmacy at 50 Sterling Way in Dover, NH, and had an outstanding experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring all my questions were answered, and my needs were met promptly. The store was clean, well-organized, and stocked with a wide variety of products. The pharmacy team was particularly impressive, filling my prescription quickly and providing clear instructions on how to take my medication. Overall, I highly recommend this CVS Pharmacy for its excellent customer service and convenience.

Never have my children or my prescriptions never communicate about problems they have with prescriptions never correctly do our prescriptions and end up getting me stuck in a prior authorization that's not required and making it so my kids and I don't get our prescriptions including when my child had bells palsey and couldn't get the correct antibiotics

I was instructed to raise this to a corporate line as everything is video tapes especially the tremendous hippa violation, since they gave me his face sheet.
