CVS Pharmacy

Pamela, the manager at the Derby pharmacy is always quick to help and seems to try to know her customers. I appreciate that. Also, the rest of the staff members are friendly, efficient and informative. Great staff.

I made an online appointment for 2 vaccines at the Derby Target CVS. Fortunately, when I arrived it wasn't terribly busy. I was seen immediately. Pam M was wonderful. Very pleasant and kind. She provided any information I needed and was able to answer all of my questions. She is always GREAT!

If I could use a different pharmacy I would. My insurance stopped covering my medication and substituted with a different without notification. The hours are a joke along with staffing. Pharmacist today didn't even understand English to explain why they tried to give me a drug I wasn't supposed to take.

Dr electronically sent prescription about 11:00 this morning. It’s 5:00 pm and it’s still not ready. Each time I call the recording says it’s being filled. I’ve used CVS prior to moving to Kansas and we’ve always been pleased with service. This one in Target on Rock Road is not very efficient!

The Pharmacists that work here are extremely helpful and nice! I switched from Walgreens at Harry and webb to the CVS target in derby. Walgreens is a lot closer to my house, but they don't treat you right. I'll drive an extra 5-10 miles to get good customer service. Angela is my favorite pharmacist here. She goes above and beyond to help me.
