This store has treated me very kind. Never judged me harshly lol y or disrespected me. They have all be kind to me...

The awesome, lone worker behind the desk was completely swamped and said they wouldn’t have my prescription ready for at least three hours. I told her I drive trucks for a living and wouldn’t be able to wait long and she had my prescription ready in 15 minutes.

The kindest most efficient group of people I have ever encountered!

CVS needs to hire more employees for customer care. The call back system is ridiculous for a business of this nature, and lastly, there is no structure for customers waiting for pickup or other issues to know who is next in line. People are standing in line on several different aisles therefore, no one knows who is next. There’s not enough CVS employees on-site to know either. Generally just an overall unpleasant situation.

The staff truly is there to help. Some of the prices are expensive compared to other pharmacies, but they will help you find an alternative at a reasonable price. They do take over 24 hours(or more) to fill a prescription though, but most locations take around the same amount of time.
