CVS Pharmacy

I’ve been a loyal customer at this CVS for 14 years, but I’ve finally reached my breaking point. The customer service has completely disappeared. Most recently, my wife was actually scolded and humiliated by the staff for trying to buy a gift card at the self-checkout after we waited at the front register for over 10 minutes without a single employee showing up. It is ridiculous to be treated like a nuisance for trying to pay for an item when no one is working the floor. ​The pharmacy is just as bad. They blatantly ignore the drive-thru window, forcing people to sit there for ages until they eventually give up and go inside to wait in another long line. We’ve tried taking this to corporate multiple times, but nothing changes—in fact, the store just keeps getting worse. After over a decad

Very poor pharmacy, was lied to about when my medication would be available for pick up.5 visits, still not ready. CVS WAS A OUTSTANDING PHARMACY AND NOW BECAME TO STRONG AND DON'T GIVE A DAM ABOUT THE CONSUMERS NEEDS.

Always very professional & very willing to help. Doesn't matter if it's the pharmacy or whomever.

The CVS (#3614) pharmacy is the best! They're so nice and welcoming. Any time I go in to pick up a prescription, I never wait more than 30 seconds for someone to appear! They know my name and that makes you feel like they do take an interest in my health and well-being. The pharmacist is always ready to help and explain the medications and any questions I might have. And the staff is so great and they always greet me with a smile....well needed at times.....Anyway, I highly recommend the CVS pharmacy to get all your prescriptions and vaccinations. Also, now you can half your pet's prescriptions filled. They have flea meds and other important medications you can just get filled there.

Staff was extremely helpful & the store was well organized & clean.
