CVS Pharmacy

The staff is a 10! They are always so nice, quick and helpful. The pharmacy is always busy and the staff works hard. I give it a 3 because it seems like Corporate is not supportive of the store or staff. The store looks shady outside and needs upkeep. The store always seems understaffed for the amount of traffic. It is always near and clean inside thanks to the great staff but it really needs maintenance, better funding or more staff support.

Rudest pharmacist Erica and she lies!! And would not even engage in a friendly conversation and asked if a bad day she was like YEP!! But lied said I had to use my insurance to get my prescription I’ve never used my insurance in over 4 years and I called CVS support and they said this was a lie !!

Drive thru line was backed up for about 6 cars on a Wed night at 8. That line moved super fast, we got what we needed and was on our way with in 10 min.

Neatly stocked and good customer service from the pharmacy and retail staff. There were no lines and I love the new kiosk system at the pharmacy. Makes things more efficient.

We have been using this pharmacy for years in the last year. Every time I get a text saying that a prescription is ready and I have seven days to pick it up, when I come in, it's not ready.
