Very disappointed with the service at this location. My mother went to pick up her medication today. She speaks limited English and had difficulty understanding the front desk staff. When she called me so I could translate for her, the staff member said she “doesn’t speak to phones” and refused to allow translation. It’s any rule stated that? The staff was rude, disrespectful, and even mocked my mother. This is unacceptable and feels discriminatory. Patients who speak limited English deserve patience, respect, and basic assistance—especially in a pharmacy where medication safety is critical. I hope management takes this seriously and provides proper customer service training.

This CVS Pharmacy is exceptional! The staff know how to do their jobs, are friendly and helpful. The pharmacists are knowledgeable and helpful, as well. The pharmacy manager goes above and beyond 👍🏻

The young lady at the cashier was very helpful in showing me on my phone how to locate the bar code for my prescriptions and the Pharmacist Lim, helped to know about the new prescription!

The out of pocket cost for my prescription was pretty expensive. The pharmacist got me a coupon without me asking, and that coupon significantly reduced my payment. I appreciate what the pharmacist did for me very much!
