CVS Pharmacy

They moved our pharmacist Corey across town. We are considering leaving. You develop a relationship with your pharmacist. We have elderly family members. Corey always advised us in a friendly and professional manner. Now it is not the same. Shame on you!

Cashier # 1182498 who’s name I did not get was one of the most unprofessional and argumentative people I have ever had the displeasure to do business with. She closed the drive thru window in my face at 8:54pm so I walked in only to be verbally assaulted by the same rude person. If I behaved in this manner in my own job, I would be fired on the spot. As I was walking to the counter I could hear her say “I told you I was getting out of here right at 9 o clock” to which the pharmacist replied “you know we don’t close until 9 o clock”. It speaks volume about CVS as a company that your employees feel this way about working their scheduled shifts. Do BETTER.

I have used this pharmacy for years. Today, I picked up medicine at the drive thru and the smell of perfume was so pungent that it was imbedded in the bags and papers provided with my medication. I am allergic to fragrances, so I am sensitive, but even after I disposed of the paper and plastic bags they gave me, the smell lingered. I had others smell the printed paper and the receipt provided (an hour later) and they gagged on the smell. So it was NOT just because I am sensitive. There is NO EXCUSE for a smell this extreme to be allowed to impact your customers.

If you use the drive through be sure to have time as they are slow and only one lane is open.
