CVS Pharmacy

Sent a prescription to CVS cohasset in the morning after confirming they could fill it. I went to CVS 15 minutes after they said it would be ready and of course, it was not ready. They told me to wait 30 minutes. I went home and then left a voicemail 30 minutes later to make sure it was ready. I get a call back saying they don't have the medicine anymore and it would likely be 2 business days before it was restocked. I don't usually fill out reviews, but in this case, I recommend you go somewhere else if you have options.

I have a challenging time at this location every time. Poor communication and conflicting cvs texts vs what they’re actually doing at the location with my med refills.

Service has steadily decreased at the store over the last few years and now it’s nonexistent in the front end. Literally there is no one at the front counter most of the times I have been in there.
