Dr. Carolan is amazing. She is incredibly kind and thorough. She was able to pick up a murmur on our newborn that other providers had missed. She has always handled visits with complete undivided attention and compassion. We have always felt that our kids are receiving the best possible care when under her care.

Cohasset Pediatrics is the worst pediatric facility I’ve ever been to. When you arrive for a sick visit you need to wait in the parking lot and call to let them know you’re there for your scheduled apt. 99.9999% of the time they are “not ready for you yet” and will call your cell when they are ready for you to come in. This waiting period will be anywhere from 5min- 45min, but the average wait time is about 20min. Once inside the nurse will see you quickly for vitals, but then you will wait another roughly 30-40min for the doctor to grace you with their presence, only to consistently misdiagnose and make poor judgements. This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a doctor's office. The doctor we work with, while competent, is always behind schedule and the support staff are consistently rude, disrespectful and unhelpful. On one occasion this office almost gave my son an extra shot by mistake because they failed to record that he had previously received the shot. On another, we waited for over an hour because our doctor could not find his phone (we overheard him telling his staff this in the hallway). On a third occasion, we were told to schedule an appointment for a vaccination and when we arrived, were told that the shot was not in stock and that we should have called beforehand to ensure that the shot was in stock. *I would like to edit my review from a few years back to say we still absolutely love our doctor and the other doctors we have seen, but to echo another review… ever since Covid, I would not call the nurse we typically see or the front desk staff “friendly” anymore 😔* Cohasset Pediatrics is the absolute best!! We love all the doctors here and the nurses and staff are SO friendly and wonderful. They will jump out of their chairs to get a glimpse of your baby or open a door for a mom pushing a stroller, it’s just the best doctors office environment I’ve ever experienced. Highly recommend!!

We love this pediatrician office. Dr. Levin is a fantastic doctor and always makes you feel heard and understood while giving helpful answers to any question you might have. The facility is always clean and quick and they have done a great job during COVID to keep their patients healthy. They have a sick door in the back and the one time we went with COVID symptoms they wore full body suits and came out to the car for testing and treatment. The best part is their off-hour service. You can call 24/7 and talk to a doctor if you have an health concern and they partner with the other three offices on the South Shore so there is always an office open on the weekend. We always feel taken care of and don't have to make unnecessary trips to the ER for weekend issues.
