CVS Pharmacy

Find a different pharmacy. They tell you to order refills 48 hours before you run out, but it still takes minimum of a week to get prescriptions. Then, the next time you go there, their computers aren't working so they can't process insurance. Then, the next time you go there, they can't accept payments because their card reader is down. And no one that works there gives a damn about the customer or the fact that you have to go out of your way again to get prescriptions, or even flat out be late on them. At least a little sympathy would be nice, but nope, can't even get that. Just excuses. Don't order any prescriptions through this place.

The pharmacist are very unprofessional and not courteous at all. They don’t know how to put a script through the right insurance and the right Medicare plan. I had to have my insurance company called them three times, I called them twice, and my doctors office sent three separate prescriptions. They still did not get the order correct. It’s time for me to talk to corporate.

The CVS in Clarks Summit has wonderful employees. They are always pleasant and efficient even though it’s an extremely busy store.

I had to get my flu shoot today. The person who gave me my shoot was very friendly. And he did a great job administing the shot.

My doctor prescribed me a medication they kept refusing to fill. I called the pharmacist multiple times, he gave me messages through his underlings but refused to discuss it with me. My doctor tried multiple times to get him to fill it, he still won't. My insurance won't cover it so I said I'd private pay, still won't fill it. This med is for adhd. I suspect, he's one of those that doesn't believe neurodivergency is real and is discriminating based on that. I'm 52, it's concerta er. I'm newly diagnosed and would love to feel my brain quiet for once. I've reported it to corporate and they assured me he did not treat me the way CVS expects. All you Rite Aid folks, try the Medicine Shop or Walgreens. Avoid this mess and see a pharmacist that doesn't allow a delay in care.
