CVS Pharmacy

Whether I use the drive thru or go in store, I am greeted and feel welcomed. In store, I can easily ask for help looking for products. The store is clean and easy to navigate. The drive thru queue goes quickly and the tech who serves the window is remarkably calm, efficient and friendly.

Enjoy going there. Staff is friendly. Pharmacy is super busy so be prepared to have some patience. 🙏

For our family, the CVS team is great. The app and communication is very good. The local folks are outstanding.

Do not use the drive-thru at this store!!! I spent a total of 50 minutes waiting in line and was actually asked to drive around and wait at the end of the line again when asking about using a discount card for my prescription. I’ve never had such a bad experience with CVS until I went to this store. If you don’t mind waiting with the possibility of being told to go to the end of the line because they have to “relabel” your prescription and in the end don’t even do anything and charge you full price, then this store is for you, otherwise, I’d recommend a different store or Walgreens in Miamisburg because they have always been very nice.

I have never wrote a bad review in my life, but my poor experience is why I am. My sister had a surgery and needed medication. The hospital called in a prescription over 4 hours prior. We called because the app said was that it was waiting for the doctor to get back to them as the medicine was out of stock and the pharmacy was requesting a different medicine to be filled. First off, the entire process of getting to a human is a nightmare. Then I got a call back from someone I believe named Theresa. She was very unprofessional and rude. All I wanted was an update on the prescription as they close at 7, and my sister was released from the hospital on the contingency of having this medication and is in a severe amount of pain. I asked how long it takes to hear back about switching the meds an
