Dear CVS Management Team, I am writing to formally recognize and commend Anas Karim Alfaouri, the pharmacist at my local CVS at 387 Pompton Avenue, Cedar Grove, NJ 07009; for an exceptional level of service and professionalism. Recently, the cost of a critical prescription I rely on increased by more than 300% after I changed insurance plans. Anas took the time to thoroughly review my situation and proactively helped me identify significant cost savings. He guided me through the manufacturer’s discount program and assisted with the filing process, ultimately saving me a considerable amount of money. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I really felt compelled to after my experience with Layla at the pharmacy a few weeks ago. From the moment I spoke with her, she was incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming, and it immediately made me feel more at ease. The pharmacy was pretty busy, but she handled everything so calmly and efficiently while still taking the time to make sure everything was correct and that I understood what I needed. What really stood out to me was her genuine care and positive attitude. She never made me feel rushed or like just another customer, and that meant a lot. Something as simple as picking up a prescription can be stressful, but Layla completely changed that for me and honestly made my day so much better. When you go in to pick up a prescription you have to enter your personal info on a giant dirty tablet while a person stands there and watches like a robot. Once you enter your info that everyone can see on line (you used to just say your name and DOB) the robot person will talk to you and get your prescription. They don’t save cards on file anymore. They say use their clunky app because you need an app use a fricken straw these days. Anyway. Go to one with a drive thru and hope they’re not on lunch all at the same time. My advice. Go to another pharmacy entirely.

Went in to pick up medications today and the girl at the counter (Layla) couldn't be any more rude, dismissive and had zero customer service. In addition, there is something to be said about following HIPPA rules when handling customers! Im baffled by what i just experienced picking up medications and will not be coming back here again.

Came in today with a scheduled appointment- the woman in the minute clinic was beyond rude on her phone , then cancelled my appointment claiming they did not have it in stock. I asked someone else to check on it & now someone else is doing it for me. Awful customer service!
