The office is very communicative prior to appointment, but the receptionist is blatantly unpleasant, both over the phone and in person. Never in my life have I had somebody ignore me for five minutes after I greeted them, nor have I had a healthcare employee be so disrespectful and condescending to me. When I was handed a pen to sign my paperwork, it had some kind of slimy substance on it, which is a bit alarming for a medical environment. The nurse was pleasant, understanding and very effective in her communication. After the intake questions, I had to wait for the doctor for twenty minutes.
