CVS Pharmacy

They care not at all about the patient and only care about their bottom line. They refill my prescription every month for the past six years with the only generic I am allergic to when I have a note on my account. I am the one inconvenienced and have to wait for them to refill it again. Also, they are skirting their auto fill option by scheduling (and executing refills) without my consent. There is no way to turn of "scheduling" despite having auto-refill turned off. I have auto-refill turned off for a reason.

So my experience at this CVS has been so great I have to give a review. The people here are always great and courteous. Great vibes. One person in particular I would like to focus on is Brittany. She is so helpful. I mean overly helpful. Her energy level is always so positive. It's always a pleasure to come here and see her.

I have visited the location a lot lately, and each time, they have improved the store was clean, and they are getting better with speaking/greeting u when you come in..

They don’t do money orders here 🤷 (3 days ago) Since I would like to respond to you 🙂‍↕️: In all honesty, when I walked into the store and spoke to an employee saying that I was just referred there by another place because I needed a money order, the woman simply slowly shook her head “no” and said, “nooo, we don’t do money orders here.” I’m not really interested in going to a website to go through some process when I got a solid “no” from within the store. I’d rather just find a place that will be willing to provide the need. I really didn’t have the time to stop and intricately go through the process of having someone do something they’re supposed to be able to do, but unwilling to do it, respectfully.

The Minute Clinic is great. You can book online so you do not have to wait. The nurse takes her time to be certain that you get the best medication. Worth the extra copay. The pharmacy also makes the prescriptions priority. I did not even have to wait 5 minutes for my prescription and they were very busy. All of the staff in the store we very nice and saw all working hard. The cleanest and most organized CVS I have visited
