CVS Pharmacy

While CVS corporate may not be the best, the employees in Carlsbad are sweet and helpful. Abundant parking and convenient location. Depending what time you show up there can be a line at the pharmacy, but I feel like they go out of their way to try to get the cost of medicine down for me so I'm still a big fan. How fast the line moves seems to have more to do with the people at the window asking a lot of questions as opposed to the employees themselves who work very efficiently.

Had a time sensitive order for a prescription that I needed. When I received a text that my prescription would be ready after 6:00pm, I asked for a different time to ensure my delivery met my time needed. Sure enough, CVS promptly responded that they would move my order up the queue. So happy I was able to get this on time! Thanks CVS!

I took my roommate here to go shopping. I am in the car. She had to go to the bathroom. The bathroom's locked. The lines are so long. She can't get the key to get into the bathroom or a code. It was faster to drive all the way home and have her go to the bathroom there. And she just barely made it, I will never give cvs a dime of my money.

I choose the CVS in Carlsbad because I find that when I have Valerie as my pharmacy tech, I will receive good, quality service with someone who appears to care about my family and myself. I know things will be done right and Valerie is very knowledgeable and helpful! Great customer service!

The pharmacy members are not friendly. A lot of attitude for no reason. But is a shining star in the bunch. Joyce!. I have been helped by Ms. Joyce for years and she is always pleasant , helpful and you can tell she cares about her customers. Indira is one of the rudest members no greeting when come or when you leave. No smile. Im not sure she wants to be there!
