CVS Pharmacy

First, this negative review isn't for the pharmacy employees; it's directed at CVS management and the licensed pharmacists because they are the ones at fault. They don't take responsibility and expect the employees to resolve situations they can't handle. I went to the pharmacy to give my medication information so they could request it from the Kroger and CVS Indiana. I clearly told the pharmacist that I could order these medications from CVS, but not the Kroger one because I just got it and it only lasts me a month. I also told her that she couldn't submit it to my insurance because it wouldn't be approved, and I use a coupon from the manufacturer. I went to pick up the medication at the designated time. The pharmacy team are kind and courteous. Jordan, one of the pharmacist always takes Great Care in solving my personal issues. Service with a smile always brightens my day. I hope I'll never have to change from (this) pharmacy. Thank you CVS for serving my entire family.

The staff is always caring and helpful when I pick up prescriptions for my family. Very knowledgeable.

I would not recommend using this pharmacy for a flu shot . Gave me no info did not ask if I had questions and clearly did not wish to be giving flu shots . Would highly recommend giant in Carlisle that is where I went in the past they are professional and friendly

I was forced to switch cause my fav Rx closed. They are really, really busy. But I have had a bunch of meds recently and they have been super helpful. They go above and beyond.
