CVS Pharmacy

My prescription was ready sooner than I expected. The customer service was excellent. When I asked about picking up a prescription for my grandson if it was ready she said absolutely and helped me to do that as well.

Terrible customer service..unable to get my prescriptions and they just shove you out the door. No offer to help. I waiting on line for 25 minutes to be snarled at and then turned away.. people if you have more than one cvs account be aware this has causes al sorry of problems and the store is not willing to help they have one person checking people out. And 5 people returning phone calls and a manager standering there not helping anyone. By th wy they don't even care to check out customers concerns when you do call I was told to come down and pick up from th shelf and when I got there I needed a prescription. So miss leading they wasted my time. I have transferred to Albert's in Carbondale here you can talk to a person and they treat you like a human not a number for your insurance compa

My experience at this CVS is always great! The associates are always very friendly, kind and nice. I'm always greeted with a smile and a hello! I would definitely recommend this CVS to everyone!

Very pleasant experience at this CVS pharmacy. My meds were handled with care and so was my health! Staff was so so helpful and kind and let me know important information about my pain medication. Very much appreciated.

With all the staff here theres no reason pharmacy area should have one person manning all the registers by themselves to especially tending customers medication distribution no sooner a descreptancy happens your dismissed to wait without consideration that you came there because you got notification medication ready to pick up so a descreptancy should of been rectified nefore notification sent to not waste peoples time then if anything arrises you van even ask a question get clarity you ger sent to drop off the staff are standoshish dismissive and the pharmacist particularly the females are miserable not personable at all customer service here is truly lacking meanwhile you clearly see alot of staff here so its unreasonable to have one person manning all the registers simultaneously especi
