Great staff very satisfied with my sister's care

Nurses, aides and doctors saved my life over there! Liz, Michele, Kayla, Ally, Laura,just to name a few!.Thank you all!!! And of course Jerry!!!

Couldn't care about a person's end of life wishes. A person is terminally ill and most likely a week left before passing and carbondale deny them their last days of happiness. I will never use this company ever again.

Serious outbreak of infections in this facility. They have no clue what the phrase "infection Control" means... In 3 days ALL residents were sick... Only common link... The nurses and nurse aids... I saw an aid standing in the hallway with a bedpan full of___. Well no wonder why the entire facility got sick. Wash your hands... not just use hand sanitizer... actual soap and water. Physically dirty hands don't come clean when they are covered in ___! Seriously understaffed!! If you love your family... Don't send them here!

Words cannot be said on how we feel for the excellent care and love that your staff has given to our father Patrick Vadella.... He was at peace during his stay and constantly spoke about the kindness that was given to him with smiles and embraces during the visits from all departments... May GOD bless and keep the Carbondale Nursing Home happy and safe for many, many years... Thank You, Annie Peters and Family
