CVS Pharmacy

For a first time getting a flu shot the team member was completely friendly and calming. He put me at ease and was very thorough with information about the best time to get the flu shot done for every year.

This place deserves a zero. Either there is not enough workers or the workers ARE NOT working. I'm going with option 2. Rarely ever one person near check out helping people with only 2 check out machines. If you can't hire more people have at least 4 machines. #2 shelves frequently empty with boxes stacked all over the place. This is just one area today...but many aisles are like this. It's not pandemic anymore. MANAGER needs to go if they can't crack the whip and get people to do their jobs.

Pharmacy never calls you back. Went to pick up prescription, told that they could not dispense any prescriptions because computer system was down, and no one had an idea of whether or not it would be back up in 5 minutes or 5 days. I asked them to either text or call me when back up. The response: "we don't do that" I also do not understand why they do not text/call when your prescription is ready, as other pharmacies do, if you sign up for that. Come on, CVS- it's 2025, and time to use the technology for better customer service.

I had a great experience at the CVS Pharmacy on Neptune Avenue. The pharmacy staff is always friendly, helpful, and professional. Thank you to the team at 532 Neptune Ave for always providing excellent service—it makes a difference!
