CVS Pharmacy

If I could leave negative stars I would. I dropped off a prescription at 10 a.m. returning around 12 for pick up and was told my prescription was on hold as I had, “picked up a different controlled substance 2 days prior”, I told them I had not but they planned to contact my doctor, who failed to check my prescriptions and see I have never been prescribed said substance and took the pharmacies word as fact, then magically 6 hours after I initially dropped off the prescription they call and say it’s out of stock without mentioning the prior issue ?? When I questioned about the situation holding up my prescription initially I was told, “ I don’t know, I wouldn’t worry about it.” The staff was endlessly rude and incapable, literally will never us CVS pharmacy again.

Not a good idea to use this location. I had a prescription filled and I received a text message that it was ready to get picked up. I went there the next day to pick it up and had to wait in a long line only for the pharmacist to tell me that they don’t show any prescription for me. I spelled my first and last name, and even spelled it slowly. The pharmacist was busy and insisted there was Nothing there for me even though I have the text message that it was ready yesterday. I left the counter to call my doctors office and they confirmed that the prescription was sent and confirmed the information it was sent under, which is exactly what I was giving the pharmacist. I had to stand in a long line again to be helped again. I again had old the pharmacist that I have the text that it is

This is My CVS. They always make me feel special every time I shop there. The pharmacists are so friendly and very helpful. They make sure I understand how all my medications are to be administered.. I have never come there , & not seen a smile on all their faces!! Awesome team .

I had the best experience from the Pharmacy Department concerning my daughter's prescription. Her insurance was/is still pending and her out of pocket was over $200.00 Iesha and the manager got the price down where we were absolutely satisfied. Thank Iesha and her manager!

Got my flu and COVID shots. Everyone was polite, respectful, professional, and very helpful. I am glad I can get my vaccinations where I get my prescriptions. Thank you.
