CVS Pharmacy

CVS pharmacy in Bowie Highbridge Road has the nicest most helpful staff! Made it so easy for me to transfer my dad's prescriptions from another state after my mom passed. It was a big relief and a great help from the pharmacist who took it personally to figure out the issues that were preventing my dad's prescriptions from transferring. Thank you so much!!!!

Ms. Lorella that works in the pharmacy is always on point with everything. She is the reason why I still have my prescriptions filled at the location in Bowie. Thank you Ms. Lorella for your outstanding customer service. I would also like to add that Jamea and Nadia are always helpful, polite and display outstanding customer service. The pharmacy staff is always polite and helpful on all of my visits.

I want to sincerely commend Pharmacist Sebrina Houston for her outstanding service and professionalism. Each time I visit the pharmacy, Sebrina is knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely cares about patient needs. She takes the time to explain medications thoroughly and always ensures that any questions are answered with patience and clarity. Her warm demeanor and dedication to excellent customer care make a real difference. CVS is fortunate to have someone as dependable, courteous, and compassionate as Sebrina on their team.

Please fix the problem with closing the pharmacy for 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM for lunch everyday. I realize your workers need a lunch break, but most national pharmacies stagger their workers' lunch breaks, so the pharmacy can remain open for those that need it. It is very inconvenient for someone who has limited time to pick up their prescriptions, to get in line behind another customer, just to have the pharmacists tell you after a few minutes, that they are closing after taking care of the customer right in front of you, and you have to return in 30 minutes after their break. When it would have taken less than 1 minute to ring me up with nobody behind me. It was very frustrating as I didn't have time to wait 30 minutes till they re-opened, so I was forced to go home and come back the next day
