Convenient and generally reliable. The staff has been friendly, and it’s a much calmer experience than some busier pharmacies. Overall, a solid place to get prescriptions handled while you’re already at Target.

Terrible service. Wife was told to reschedule another day with Mark because pharmacist refused to give her a Covid Vaccine since she was 64. Evidently not CVS policy but his judgement. He expressed his unprofessional view on vaccines etc.

First off the staff is great at my prefered CVS in Bourbonnais IL . What is really bad is CVS corporate. Patients are ignored and treated poorly. The relationship between CVS owning Aetna insurance and forcing us to use their CVS pharmacy is a conflict of interest. When the insurance company can save money by controlling prescribed medications there is a problem. Patients are forced to use the app which seldom works. For instance my prescription supply for heart med ran out today. The app indicates refill is possible only after April 27th. Calling the pharmacy is not possible. A voice message is the only option. Fortunately the Bourbonnais staff is great and called back quickly to address the need for a refill. I will be noting my concerns to RFK. Care by a physician is preferred to manage

Mark, the pharmacist, went above and beyond for my mom’s vaccinations. He was kind, patient, and took extra time to make her feel comfortable and informed. His care and attention made a big difference, and we’re truly grateful.

The pharmacist Mark is fantastic. We have had so many situations thst he has helped us through. When the doctor's office sent the wrong prescription he got it fixed with them quickly. When we were having trouble getting a glucose monitor through the insurance he got it put through. He is knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. We won't go anywhere else!
