Dental Group of Bourbonnais

Went in as a new patient with pain, ended up needing a root canal and crowns and they took care of it the same day. I am a person that gets very nervous going to the dentist, and the hygienist and doctor and everyone made me feel so comfortable and kept checking on my comfort/pain level the whole time. I would definitely recommend this office.

My first time visiting this location. Jen was amazing and very professional in her craft! 10/10 She made the experience very tolerable and pleasant for myself and I look forward to my next appointment. All the rest of the staff were cordial and very professional as well. I wish all the staff there the best in their future endeavors in the art of dentistry.

I went in to have my teeth cleaned. The hygienist was wonderful. She took x-rays of my teeth with no problem at all. Usually, my gag reflux kicks in, but not this time. She is an expert at taking x-rays. Because I do not like the water spray, she did my cleaning by scraping my teeth. She was gentle and thorough. After my cleaning, Dr. Patel came in to check my x-rays and my teeth. As always, Dr. Patel was friendly, pleasant, and professional. I enjoyed my "dentist experience"!!!

The staff and Dr Patel were very courteous, professional and caring. My only complaint is that I do not have dental insurance I had to pay out of pocket because Medicare does not have dental benefits. I could have used a little discount on my fees.

Absolutely horrible - prepped wrong tooth for crown delivery - gave a grossly large bulbous crown that does not fit and ruins the alignment of my teeth -- but Susan Patel doesn't see the problem ?? Been treated so poorly - go else where any where else charges gold standard prices but give dental discount work and customer service.is terrible Oct. 21st. Was the beginning of this nightmare. -- still ongoing. Lie deny -- heartbreaking trusted her/them dont - bring somone u trust to supervise and inspect the work my advice. Wish it was giving to me ://
