CVS Pharmacy

The pharmacist was very friendly, personable, kind, knowledgeable and helpful.

My girlfriend and I went to CVS. The purpose of our visit was to purchase an enlargement of a picture of her recently deceased husband. Her intention was to put this picture on display at her husband's upcoming Celebration of Life. We were very fortunate to have Kacey assist us. He was so very patient with my girlfriend. She was looking for perfection--Kacey delivered. The finished product was exquisite. The emotionally laden task at hand made my girlfriend cry. Kacey found tissues for her. Then as Kacey was quickly and efficiently applying the finishing touches, he kindly stated to my friend: "I feel that I am doing this for a beautiful soul." OMG! Then we both started to cry. We scheduled a vaccine appointment for the morning (2x people). Received 2x texts each that morning reminding us to go to our appointment. Show up and are greeted by a sign on the door informing us that no one from the pharmacy decided to come to work that day. The one CVS employee who decided to come to work, Scott, was amazing considering he alone has to spend the entire day apologizing for his coworkers who left him high and dry. Give that man (Scott) a raise and take your business somewhere else.

The pharmacist and the pharmacy techs are always so helpful. They take the time regardless of how busy they are. I appreciate them!
