I recently had my COVID booster (Pfizer) and annual flu vaccine administered. CVS in Belmont (67xx Wilkerson) is my go to place for vaccinations. I have always been pleased with their customer support. This time the administration was flawless! I barely felt either vaccination and had very little soreness the day of and after. Super experience and COVID vaccines (especially Pfizer) are really hard to find now that there is no care about our health and safety.

They are the most incompetent pharmacy I have ever had experience with . I have to fight to the Nail and get my medication. My insurance company has to step in as well as my doctor. They were sending my prior authorization to a doctor. I wasn’t aware of. They would tell me I picked up my medicine and I couldn’t get it for three more weeks and make me that they knew that I couldn’t fix it. I’ve never in my life and so frustrated and disappointed in a pharmacy in my life. I am looking to change, but I’m going to investigate thoroughly. I do not ever want to run into the problems. I have had with CVS in Belmont my insurance company as well as my doctor said they would change no matter the red tape for the problems it will cause it will be better than the stress and the hassling have to do wit

I normally have great experiences with the pharmacists here, they are always super nice and helpful. Today I went in after 2 pm and it was a bit busy, so I understand if they were stressed. But, I gave the pharmacist at the counter my ID right away since they always ask. She got snippy and said I can’t read that. She then spoke to me in a condescending tone for the rest of the interaction. I felt like this was uncalled for as I was simply trying to be helpful.
