CVS Pharmacy

Worst experience ever. I came to this CVS pharmacy to pick up my monthly medication and patiently waited in line for about 30 minutes. When it was finally my turn, I began entering my information into the kiosk. I politely asked the technician, Mark (short, with a slight Eastern European accent, recently transferred from Bartell), whether next time I could use an available kiosk early to save time. Instead of responding, he ignored me and began helping the customer behind me. After that, he even called the next person in line forward. When I spoke up, reminding him I had been waiting, he denied seeing me, then turned around and accused me — in front of everyone — of lying and cutting the line. I was shocked and embarrassed. Let’s be real, employees are trying so hard and tired, customers are trying and tired, plus furious. Been here twice, both saw people lost temper and raised their voice to start a debate. It’s about, insurance coverage, late filling RX, can’t find prescription, pending xxx, and they claim the issue is always being understaffed. Come on, let’s be real, there are always more people then the capacity in town center, at least putting customers in priorities could help. Elderly people waited in line, pregnant women waited in line, mom with toddler waited in line, patients pending discharge from hospital waited in line, starting with 45-60minutes, can go up to several visits and 2-3 hours… We can do better. Clean, well-stocked with friendly staff and outside of slow clearance of the prescription line, efficient. Not sure why there are so many quasi accusations of racism in the comment section. I'm not Caucasian and the folks here were great

Fast and helpful service by Techs Mark, Nestor and Aaron always. Would definitely recommend this Pharmacy and pharmacist Ayman is knowledgeable and empathetic.

Horrible pharmacy, astonishingly inefficient, staff are highly incompetent, are all look lost and confused, providing conflicting info , each employee gives you a different answer to same question. Oit of stock on EVERY in prescription. Couldt belive that they couldnt refilled simple antibiotics. Overall nightmare experience, exhausting waist of time. Never going back to any CVS, I switched pharmacy
