CVS Pharmacy

Pharmacy technician was extremely rude. My daughter had just had her wisdom teeth taken out. She was there to pick up prescriptions. The pharmacy technician questioned her about what the doctor had sent in. She only allowed my daughter to take home one prescription. My daughter is a pretty strong individual, but this PHARMACY technician created such confusion and chaos and made my daughter extremely upset.

Feels like the guy doesnt like his job. Store hours are not in line with target. Worse than banker hours. Easier to go to CVS down the street

Firstly the staff here are fantastic. The reason for the low review is that every time I come here there is only one person behind the counter causing long wait times that are frustrating to the customer and to the pharmacist because they are only one person doing the job of three. Do better CVS pay your people, get more staff.

With the new pharmacist starting in early November 2022, this has been the worst experience ever. The pharmacist doesn't answer the phone for 30 min+ (yes short-staffed), and makes promises that fall completely short with medicine that's needed for patients and delivery. Stay far away, goes elsewhere...

Brina is a brilliant and caring pharmacist. She has a doctorate in pharmacology which means she is extraordinarily qualified above and beyond a pharmacy degree. She takes her time to explain and review meds and potential side effects.The issue with this Target CVS is that most of the time the pharmacist is the sole person running the entire pharmacy- answering calls, ringing out customers, filling orders and receiving the daily shipment of medications. It is unthinkable that there’s rarely an assistant or tech to care for the customers for drop off and pick up, as well as calls from dr.offices and customers phoning in. Therefore, it’s certainly not the fault of the sole person forced to head the entire pharmacy alone. My suggestion is to phone the CVS area/district supervisor and insist th
