Next Level Urgent Care | Bee Cave

this place is excellent. i’ve been a few times over the years and it’s always quick, thorough and professional. the np, william, has a wonderful bedside manner and it never feels like he’s rushing on to the next thing. he’s just a great caregiver who feels completely safe and easy to talk to. he’s also really knowledgeable and doesn’t let anything slip through the cracks. calls in scripts with lightning speed! office space is clean and spacious. reception is also fabulous — friendly and efficient. highly recommend this place for the big stuff and the little stuff!

This was the best urgent care I've ever been to. The check in prices was easy, the office assistant at the desk was helpful, helped get my insurance settled out (Out of state). Zach and William were awesome. They both provided an exceptional experience, considering I was under the weather, thus why I was there. I'm not from the area, I came in really late (7:15pm) and they helped me to find a pharmacy that would be open to fill the prescription. They both asked great questions and I had a sense that they actually cared to help, which they did. Great team!

My son and i had a great experience at Next Level Urgent Care in Bee Cave! The wait time was minimal and the entire visit felt efficient and well-organized. Erik, the medical assistant, was extremely professional, kind, and attentive, making son feel comfortable right away. Nikki, their PA, was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The level of care and professionalism from start to finish thoroughly exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for quality care without the long wait.

The Next Level urgent care in Bee Cave is an excellent facility with high standard of care. they are professionals and they are caring and friendly. I had severe cough for a week and had a bad experience in Lakeway urgent care and had to visit the urgent care again today since the cough did not stop. They took the time to talk and understand your condition before rendering treatment. Medical assistant Zach and Nurse Roma were very thorough in their examination and understood the situation and treated me very well and knew what I needed. I feel so much better. The front desk staff was also really nice and accommodative. I will not go anywhere else in the future.

This was our 1st time at Next Level Urgent Care. It was very easy to get an appointment, the office was super clean and the process was easy. The doctor and staff were awesome! Would definitely recommend.
