CVS Pharmacy

The CVS inside Target Highway 18 Apple Valley is very easy to get to very convenient. The people working there are very professional process prescriptions quickly and accurately. And so very important to me as the fact that they will coordinate when a prescription is not covered or out of insurance. The people are very very friendly. I enjoy the CVS very much.

The manager of the pharmacy had a stupid rule that you had to wait 31 days to pick up a refill for a controlled drug even something lightweight like Norco. Then went I did some research I found out she was wrong and reported her to corporate CVS and the DEA. According to the DEA they can refill your controlled prescription at 28 days if your out. I overheard an elderly lady telling the manager she was out of meds and was in pain because of her cancer the manager still made her wait an extra day for no reason other than her personal power trip. That's no way to treat people especially when they need their prescription.

I just finished filling my prescription at CVS at the Apple Valley location on Highway 18 and I just wanted to say that the employee that helped me her name was Vanessa and she was extremely helpful and extremely courteous and kind and went the extra mile to help me to make sure my needs were met and filled

They were very polite and answered all questions over the phone

I always receive great service from this pharmacy. The pharmacy techs are always kind and helpful and the wait is always minimal. I had a problem with my prescription this last time and when I got home I realized it was not right. I called on the phone and spoke to the pharmacist who was so kind and caring. She listened to my concern. I had just been discharged from the hospital and was anxious and we figured out the physician ordered the incorrect number of pills. Instead of me trying to figure it out she called me back to let me know she contacted the Dr at the hospital and corrected the issue. She didn’t need to go above and beyond but she did because she cared. Her name was Kim
