CVS Pharmacy

This is awful. The line at the drive through, the line inside. If you’re going to absorb the local customers from rite aid and Walgreens closing - then hire more staff. It does not matter what time of day you come to pick up a prescription. The wait is ridiculous and people are always frustrated

Total right hand not knowing what the left was doing insurance was not applied to 1 of 3 medications I was picking up advised 15 minute to correct 40 minutes later someone noticed I was still waiting I entered store 6pm got the 2 meds told I insurance was not applied and that 15 minutes to reliable my meds took 30 minute to go thru line for the 2 meds and 40 minute wait for reliable...I was finally able to leave CVS Antioch store at 7:24pm

Love the great deals and coupon distribution after you buy something is there anything is that they’re all always so backed up for their outside PHARMACY and it’s frustrating to have to wait there half hour 45 minutes up to an hour and for not that big of a line, but the pharmacy needs to reopen their second side or just get more people to help them for that main reason I love the store, but I try not to go because of the line

I use to belong to Rite Aid until they closed down and they shipped out my orders to CVS. At first it was a total mess and I had to call to make sure they had everything ! They need to stay open LATER!! Everytime I go in there's a HUGE wait to get my meds. I have to just wait until they text me that EVERYTHING is ready. Very frustrating!

Love CVS and their pharmacy since I am disabled at this time the drive-up window is the best thank you for your convenience consideration and being very Pol
