CVS Pharmacy

Recently had all of my prescriptions transferred to the CVS from Walgreens. I wasn't sure how it would work, but Dillon, the pharmacist made it work for me. On January 13, 2025, i had 3 new prescriptions called in. I received a text indicating they were ready. Marcella, the fantastic person at the counter, helped me navigate an unfamiliar system. Great customer service.

This was our first experience at the CVS on Riva Rd in Annapolis. It far exceeded our expectations! Not only was the Rx filled almost immediately after my doctor appointment, but Mary at the pharmacy counter was super helpful, personable and funny. We were most impressed!

Stay away This pharmacy gave a patient the incorrect amount of insulin, causing a medical emergency. This pharmacy refuses to lift a finger to help a patient beyond putting medications in a bag. We needed a quantity override for a patient, which we were able to get approved. This location refused to fill the larger quantity because "the prior fills were for less". This causes the patient to have to return to the pharamcy every 15 days to get refills intead of 30 days. Furthermore, they refused to back bill the last rx fill as a higher quantity to get the patient back on track because "cannot be back billed into prior years". Lastly, this pharmacy refused to perform an "on track override" to allow a higher quantity next fill so prevent unecessary trips for the patient in the future. This

The staff is very good. The constant policy changes going on in the background with no notice and inconvenience are not pleasant.
