CVS Pharmacy

The robot I have to talk to on the phone is horrific. I should not have to give my date of birth and access my account just to ask what hours the pharmacy is open today. The automated phone system makes the customer experience SO much worse. It wastes my time, gets things wrong, and is extremely frustrating. If the goal of an automated system is to increase speed and improve the customer experience, it is failing miserably, and CVS should go back to paying enough people to be in their stores so that the customers can actually get their questions asked in a timely manner.

I came to CVS for three vaccinations and my experience left me very pleased. Staff were courteous and technically proficient, wait times were relatively fast, and the overall process was painless (pun intended). I would most certainly recommend returning to this CVS and I fully intend to do so.

This location takes an eternity to get cars through the drive thru pharmacy. If I could give 0 stars, I would because it becomes an hour long ordeal just to get prescriptions from this location. I sincerely hope their management makes a change and tries to improve their efficiency.

Very friendly staff! I’ve always received a callback every time I’ve left a voicemail. I love going to the specific pharmacy, which is out of my way because I love their service, friendliness, and medication response time

I love cvs compared to Walgreens pharmacy. It’s like night and day. At least from my experience from this location and the Walgreens down the road in PG. this CVS actually acts like they care. The Walgreens has one of the worst customer service people ever. The Walgreens store employees are great and helpful. But not their Pharmacy. Even their store workers at Walgreens say how bad the pharmacy is at customer service.
