CVS Pharmacy

I had liked this pharmacy a lot until recently. First, I waited for a pickup that was ready, for over 15 minutes and there was only 1 person in front of me. I gathered there was an issue, but I was never addressed, not once. I was in a hurry too, but nothing to ease the situation for me. Next, totally separate prescription, I call for a refill. They changed the automated answering system that previously was so very easy. The new one put me in a loop. First, she talks forever and you cannot interrupt her with voice or key pad, and secondly she asks a yes/no question but keeps talk and by the time you can actually answer she is asking another question which is irrelevant. It's the craziest thing. They could not have tested this system. It will truly drive any sane person insane. I

This is the best CVS I have ever used. They care about me and go out of their way to help me and make sure I am satisfied. Great group of pharmacists and techs.

They didn't give my child the right dosage for her medicine. So now we have to go back to get more medicine for her condition because of the workers incompetence.

There are some truly awful pharmacies that force you to figure out how to explain to your physician how to write a scrip that's acceptable to your insurance company. This isn't one of them. The pharmacist and pharmacy staff are kind, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Grateful to have found a good CVS pharmacy and grateful not to go back to the other one. I won't say which one--just come here and you won't have to worry about it.

Beatrice is always professional and truly cares about my well being. She is always busy and finds a way to make me feel appreciated. People do not care what you know, until they know how much you care.
