Had Prescriptions transferred from another pharmacy to CVS a few days ago. When I arrived today to pick up said prescriptions, CVS had no record of them. Because I arrived 10 minutes before the pharmacy was due to close for lunch they would not address the issue at that moment. They took my phone number and informed me that they would call the other pharmacy when they got back from lunch to sort the situation out and then would give me a call. I called the other pharmacy while walking out of the pharmacy and was told they spoke with CVS on 2/28 and all medicines were already transferred but if CVS could give them a quick call, they’d be more than happy to verbally give them the information again. This took me a total of two minutes to do but here I set, almost 2 hours later and still haven
Scheduled Covid and Flu vaccines an hour in advance, arrived promptly and was taken care of immediately and professionally - free of charge.
I would give it five stars, but I'm still new at CVS Pharmacy. We recently moved our prescriptions here because Kroger is closing.
They answered my prescription questions. Had the basic makeup I need in an emergency. It was fantastic!
Excellent service from the pharmacy team.
